Redhan is a female olive ridley who was discovered floating and struggling to dive near the Atmosphere Kanifushi Resort's outer lagoon. On December 16th, we received a call from a nearby boat after they saw her struggling to dive on the surface. Unfortunately, the boat that discovered her left without saving her, so our team spent more than 30 minutes looking for her after we went to the location where she was spotted. Thankfully Redhan was spotted and our team was able to retrieve her successfully.

Redhan has sustained injuries to her carapace from a suspected boat strike She will be ready to return to the ocean where she belongs once her wounds heal and begins to dive.
